Selling and Building Awnings Since 2001
Pacific Mobile Home Supply has been selling and installing awnings for several decades. Our owner basically grew up in the trade and we’re always here to help you figure out what you need to complete your cover project.
Check out our portfolio pictures for ideas from local projects we’ve completed. You can also look into the manufacturer’s website alumawood.net for ideas, Color options, and Warranty information.
The Process
We provide do it yourself kits, with phone call/email support, and fully licensed, bonded and insured installations from guys who install these structures daily. We have experience in every conceivable size and shape, although rectangles give you the most bang for your buck!
Installing an aluminum awning is pretty simple, in theory, and with a little knowledge, anyone handy can install it with ease. We will soon post a video link showing our installers in the process, and some manufacturer’s installation directions which will help guide you on what’s involved.
ONLY TOP-QUALITY PRODUCTS
Alumawood® Shade Structures are an excellent way to extend your living space outside your home. Whether you’re having a barbecue with family and friends or relaxing with a book, patio covers help protect from the sun, rain, snow, and other elements.
We carry Amerimax Aluminum Awnings. There are three primary types: Classic, Newport, and Laguna.
Classic
Classic awnings are white, aluminum, W – Panel awnings with built in gutters. They are extremely versatile and are used for everything from 4X4 door covers to 24X100 foot industrial carports. Aluminum is an extremely durable, strong, and weather resistant material, and is lightweight as a bonus! This makes it the best material for a cover, and the classic covers are the best bet for an economical, engineered, clean white cover for decks, driveways, patios, and doorways.
Newport
Newport awnings are the same concept as classic awnings, but with a more sophisticated look, and multiple options. Newports come with flat pans, aptly named, because from the bottom they look flat. Newports also have multiple trim options and colors to choose from. They are water tight, like the classic, but with a lot more options to make them look great and match the style of house they are attached to. The basic material is still aluminum, because of its strength, durability, and lack of maintenance, but with an embossed pattern and baked on paint that makes it look like wood. Amerimax calls this material: Alumiwood. It’s got the great looks of wood, minus the need to repaint every few years. It also doesn’t ignite, rot, crack, or get eaten by insects.
Laguna
Laguna covers have all the beauty of wooden lattice covers, or pergolas, but with none of the high levels of maintenance and eventual decay that comes with wood. There are multiple options when it comes to beam sizes, lattice sizes, end cuts, colors, spacing, and style. Enough to meet the needs on most lattice cover projects.
